The United Bobbesian Pound-Dollar is used in every business transaction in the country. It has just replaced the old Diahem, which was being exchanged for only 9 cents (US). With the New Pound-Dollar, the exchange rate is just over a dollar (1.19 US). Our economy needs more fuel to continue its great growth in the last few years. And we at the Treasury believe the best is still to come. The Treasury was created in 1988 after several attempts to introduce the United States Dollar and the British Pound together. This ended in disaster and there was a call for our own money. We joined the two currencies together to form the Diahem, which later lost its value and replaced by the New Pound-Dollar. Today there are 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, and 500 Pound-Dollar bills. The cent is in 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50 values. |
